Application Requirements

APPLICATION 

(located in box outside our office or may download from tab above)

▪ Every person 18 or older, residing at the property, must fill out a separate application

▪ Must include 4 years of residence history

▪ Any DEBT OWED to a previous landlord must be paid before application will be considered

▪ Any eviction on record will result in an automatic denial

▪ Valid email address required

▪ To apply for multiple rentals, simply list them on the same application, in order of preference

$25 CREDIT CHECK FEE

▪ Exact change or money order only

▪ May be waived for students living with parents

▪ Sorry, we do not accept co-signers

30 DAYS PROOF OF INCOME

▪ Each adult's gross monthly income must equal 2 times the monthly rent

▪ May combine income only if married

▪ If self-employed, please provide previous year's tax return

▪ Bank statements are not accepted
